Preparation Time: 5minutes (mixing) + 15minutes (resting batter)

Cooking Time: 15 minutes (3 minutes per pancake)

Serving: 2 people

You might have tried oats pancake but did you ever eat wheat flour pancakes? If not, then you should try this recipe and see for yourself how amazing this tastes! Here goes my healthy version of the good old pancake.

STEPS (with all the ingredients listed in the pictures)

Take 1 cup oat flour in a mixing bowl.

Sift half cup wheat flour to the oats.

Next, sift half cup powdered sugar (4 tbsps).

Note: I added powdered sugar so that it melts fasters in the batter. You can add sugar granules as well. Also, sugar can be substituted with coconut palm sugar or jaggery.

To this, add 2 eggs.

Now, add 1 tsp baking powder.

Pour 3/4th cup milk into the bowl.

Then, add 1 tsp vanilla essence to it.

Sift half cup cocoa powder into the bowl.

Now, mix all the ingredients together and let the batter rest in refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.

Chop some dry fruits.

Heat butter in a pan.

Pour some of the batter into the pan and fry it on low flame. Add the chopped dry fruits from top.

Flip the pancake when it is cooked at the bottom. You’ll know it is done when you see bubbles forming on the top.

Finally, eat this as i plate it by adding some extra butter and dry fruits (just as I did) /some berries/ a scoop of ice cream/ freshly cut fruits. There are hundreds of options since plating is always customizable!
